Frequently
asked.

Helpful guidance for hanging, care, shipping, returns, and consultations — gathered in one place.

I Hanging · care
What’s the best way to hang artwork?

Use proper wall anchors, screws, or professional hanging hardware rated for the weight of the piece. For anything larger than a small print, two picture hooks or a French cleat keep a frame level and stable over years.

Can I use command strips?

Command strips are not recommended for framed fine art. They can fail over time and risk damage to both the wall and the artwork itself.

How high should artwork be hung?

A reliable rule is to place the center of the artwork around 57–60 inches from the floor, then adjust based on nearby furniture so it reads as part of the composition of the room.

II Shipping · returns
How long does shipping take?

Timing depends on piece type, framing status, and destination. You’ll get a clear estimate when your order is confirmed.

What if my artwork arrives damaged?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the packaging and the damage so we can resolve it quickly.

What is the return policy?

Return eligibility varies by artwork type. If you have a concern, reach out directly and we’ll work with you on the best resolution.

III Consultations · custom work
Can you help me choose art for my space?

Yes. We offer consultations to help select pieces based on room size, palette, and the mood you’re after.

Do you offer custom commissions?

Yes — custom commissions are available in select monthly slots. Start with a discovery call so we can scope the piece together.

How does consultation pricing work?

Start with a free 15 min discovery call, or book a paid in-depth consultation — the fee is credited toward any purchase that follows.
